When you email us, use our project brief form, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, email, company, project details, and any attachments or links you include.
How we use it
We use your message solely to respond, scope work, and deliver services you request. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Retention
Project correspondence is kept for as long as needed to support the engagement and our legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
Project briefs
When you submit our project brief form, you are redirected to a confirmation page so you know your message reached us. That page is not indexed by search engines.
Third-party tools
We may use analytics and advertising tools to understand site traffic and measure enquiries. Those providers process data under their own privacy policies when you interact with our site.
